his summer Nolan is moving to Mykonos. And when we say «moving» we mean it almost literally. Our cooks, hosts, service, bartenders, as well as our Head Chef, Sotiris Kontizas, will continue their hard work in the island of Mykonos, doing what they do best for seven years now, from the beginning of July until mid-September. In a classic cycladic yard, which will feature our signature elements -mosaic and marble- with trees, wild Greek vegetation and white flowers (white bougainvilleas, jasmine, white geraniums), we will be serving our signature menu with little twists and presenting an expanded list of wines, champagnes and cocktails. All of that in the heart of Mykonos, Matogiannia.
